How we tell you
when something breaks.

A public status page (with real uptime numbers and incident history) is being wired up. Until that lands, here is the posture we operate by.

Active incidents

None at the moment. When an incident does occur, we post an email update to organizers with affected events and re-render this page with the active status.

Email hello@jamrats.com and we’ll respond within one business day — faster if your event is in the next 48 hours.

Incident-response posture.

Within 30 minutes of detecting an incident affecting buyer checkout, organizer dashboards, or door scanning, we acknowledge it on this page.

Within 72 hours of the incident’s resolution, we publish a post-mortem with: (a) what happened (b) how long it lasted (c) impact (d) the change we’re making so it doesn’t happen again.
