Can multiple volunteers scan?

Yes — give volunteers door-only access. Each uses their own phone.

Walk-ins at the door?

Walk-ins can buy on the event page from their phone at the door. Anyone who lost their email can recover tickets at jamrats.com/find-tickets.

Can we collect a donation alongside the ticket?

You can add a fixed-price supporter ticket (say $10) that buyers add alongside the base ticket. There's no pay-what-you-want amount.
