Jamrats is an independent event-ticketing platform built for organizers running events between 50 and 5,000 capacity. Charging a flat $0.99per paid ticket — instead of a percentage of ticket revenue — and depositing every dollar directly into the organizer’s bank account, Jamrats positions itself as infrastructure for organizers who want to own their audience and get paid the next business day. The platform is based in Winnipeg, Canada, and serves Canadian and US organizers.
Most ticketing platforms charge a percentage per ticket — typically a few percent on the low end and up to ten percent on the high end. Jamrats charges $0.99 flat per paid ticket, regardless of price. The economics work because the cost of processing one ticket doesn't change with the price.
Buyer funds go directly to the organizer’s bank, not into a Jamrats-held balance released after the event. Organizers can pay artists, deposits, and venue costs from the same week’s ticket sales — not weeks later.
Independent organizers earn their buyers. We never email an organizer’s buyers on our own behalf, and CSV exports of orders + customers + marketing consent are free in every plan. Audience portability is a first-class feature, not a paid upgrade.
