Jamrats is staffed by people who run events on the platform. We don’t have open roles right now — but we do collect speculative applications for the next time we’re ready to grow.
The current state
No open postings. We’re heads-down on the product and the customers we already have. When we do hire, the first thing we’ll do is post on this page — not on a third-party board first.

Organizer success
You’ve run events at scale, you know what breaks at the gate, and you want to bring that operational empathy back into a product team.
Design
Strong typographic instinct, comfortable shipping production HTML/CSS, allergic to clutter. Bonus if you’ve worked on payment flows or compliance-heavy product surfaces.

- Remote-first. Winnipeg-anchored team, async-friendly.
- Small surface area, sharp focus. We say no a lot.
- Ship the boring infrastructure work that organizers thank you for, not the flashy thing that wins design awards.
- If it breaks at the door, we feel it the same day customers do.
