No. Jamrats sells visitor tickets. Stall bookings and pitch fees are handled outside Jamrats.

What if it rains and we cancel?

Cancel the event and every order is refunded what the buyer paid, in one step. The Jamrats fee isn’t refunded.

Does the gate need Wi-Fi?

Scanning needs an internet connection. Outdoor sites should bring a backup hotspot for the gate.
