Pricing FAQ

The questions we get asked.

How much does Jamrats cost?
A flat $0.99 per ticket sold. Card-processing fees are passed through at cost and never marked up. There are no setup fees, no monthly minimums, and no percentage take.
Are free events really free?
Yes. If you sell tickets at $0, we charge $0. You still get the storefront, QR check-in, and reporting tools — they’re part of the platform, not a paid add-on.
Who pays the platform fee — me or the buyer?
You choose. By default the organizer absorbs the $0.99 (so buyers see a clean ticket price), but you can flip the setting per event so the fee is added on top of the ticket price at checkout.
When do I get paid?
Payouts to your bank typically arrive the next business day after a sale, on the schedule your payment processor uses.
Is there a contract?
No. Month-to-month, cancel any time, take your data with you whenever you want.
How does this compare to other ticketing platforms?
Most platforms charge a percentage of every ticket — anywhere from a few percent on the low end to ten percent or more on the high end. Jamrats charges a flat $0.99 per paid ticket regardless of price. The higher your ticket price, the more the flat fee tends to come out ahead — try the calculator above with your own numbers.
