What ticket holders see.

The buyer-side flow is the surface organizers worry about most. Below is every step from “clicked the link” to “scanned at the door”, in order.

  1. 01

    Browse + pick tickets

Buyer lands on your branded event URL. Cover, story, lineup, FAQ, ticket tiers. Tap "Get tickets" — a step-by-step modal opens without leaving the page.

  2. 02

    Embedded checkout

The payment form sits inside your event page. No redirect. Apple Pay / Google Pay surface automatically when supported. Three required consent ticks (Terms, Privacy, Refund Policy) + an optional marketing opt-in.

  3. 03

    Instant ticket email

A Jamrats-branded email from your reply-to address lands within seconds of payment. Subject line names the event; body carries QR codes + a magic link to a hosted ticket page.

  4. 04

    Ticket page

Each order has a one-link page with every QR for the order, the event details, the organizer’s contact info, and a back-link to the event. Works on any phone screen.

  5. 05

    Door scan

Buyer holds up their phone (or printout). Door staff scan with their own phone’s camera. Validates instantly, can only be scanned once.

  6. 06

    Self-serve recovery

Lost the email? jamrats.com/find-tickets recovers every order tied to a buyer’s email in 30 seconds — without contacting you. Fresh links every time, so old links stop working.

Why this matters to you

Buyers blame the organizer when checkout is bad.

If a buyer can’t check out, can’t find their ticket, or has to wait on hold for support, your event page takes the heat — even though you didn’t build the flow. We obsess over this surface so you don’t have to apologize for it.
