Jamrats

Refunds in one click.

You stay in control. Initiate refunds from the dashboard, refund partial orders down to a single ticket, bulk-refund a cancelled event. Platform fee returns to your balance within 60 days.

What hurts

Most platforms make refunds a friction-laden process — you contact support, support contacts the buyer, three days pass. By then the buyer's credit-card company is involved and you're paying chargeback fees on top of the refund.

How Jamrats handles it

The fix.

Refunds are organizer-initiated. Open the order in your dashboard, hit Refund, choose full or partial, confirm. The buyer sees the money back in 5–10 business days.

If you refund within 60 days of the original purchase, the $0.99 platform fee is returned to your payout balance too. Beyond 60 days, the fee is retained (it covers operational cost).

For full event cancellations, the dashboard surfaces a bulk-refund button: one click refunds every paid order at once. We also fire an email to each buyer so they know what happened.
